QUESTION 1: "Does Caribbean Roof Sealing, Inc. sub-contract its projects?"
ANSWER: No. CRS, Inc. does not sub-contract its projects to an outside company. All work is performed by our own employees and are warranted by our company.
QUESTION 2: "How does Caribbean Roof Sealing, Inc., calculate its prices for projects?"
ANSWER: CRS, Inc., calculates its prices for roofs based upon the square footage of the roof itself. Our base prices start from $3.75 to $5.75 per sq. ft. Prices for all other projects are calculated based on the amount of labor and materials required to complete the project.
QUESTION 3: "Will the Sealoflex system work on metals roofs?"
ANSWER: Yes. The Sealoflex products are designed to work on any type of surface. This includes concrete, metal and wood surfaces.
QUESTION 4: "Will the current treatment on my roof need to be removed prior to the application of the Sealoflex system?"
ANSWER: No. The sealoflex system is specifically designed to bond to any existing treatments that you may have currently on your roof surface. We will however pressure wash the entire roof surface prior to the application of any of our treatments to ensure the best results.
QUESTION 5: "How long does the Sealoflex system last?"
ANSWER: The Sealoflex system is designed to last for up to 25 years. We have so much faith in this product that our company provides an additional 5 to 10 years roof warranty to cover this system at no additional cost to you.
